- If no-one is available to sign for the delivery Royal Mail will leave you a card informing you where you can collect your goods from
- If you have chosen your work address as your delivery address please be aware that goods might arrive on a Saturday
- If your order has not arrived in the time stated, the most likely explanation is that there was no-one in to sign for it and so your delivery is being held in your local Royal Mail depot
- Whilst we make every effort to ensure your goods are delivered within the time stated, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries that are due to circumstances beyond our control
Returns- To return an item please send it to the address below and include a note with your name, postcode and the reason for the return
- When you are returning goods we recommend you send them recorded/special delivery and keep your proof of postage
- We ask that all returns arrive at our warehouse no more than 14 days after the day you received the goods
- We will refund you the same day the item arrives but please be aware the funds may take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account
- Good must be returned in a saleable condition i.e. unworn and with tags still attached
